RESOURCES I LOVE

  • Hear It To Remember It:

    Hear It To Remember It:

Hearing things out loud just makes them stick in my brain more. If I'm preparing for a meeting, I'll put all my notes into an app called Speechify so I can listen instead of reading through notes. I absorb and remember so much more that way.

  • Keep Your Hands Busy:

    Keep Your Hands Busy:

I love coloring during meetings or while I'm listening to something. It's almost like fidgeting. Having something creative to do with my hands makes it easier for me to focus on what I'm hearing.

  • Voice Note It Before You Forget It:

Voice Note It Before You Forget It:

Ideas come to me at all hours, so I'm constantly sending voice notes. If something pops into my head, I like to get it out and to the person who needs to hear it right away, otherwise I might completely forget about it five minutes later.

  • Make Organization Visual:

    Make Organization Visual:

I'm a very visual person, so color-coded bins and labels make staying organized so much easier. If I can immediately see where something belongs, I'm way more likely to actually put it there and remember where it is later.

  • Take Photos When You Pack:

    Take Photos When You Pack:

Love vacations, hate packing. One thing that helps me is taking photos of my outfits before they go into my suitcase. Then when I'm getting dressed on the trip, I can look back and remember exactly what I brought and how I planned to wear it.

  • Give Your Brain A Reset:

    Give Your Brain A Reset:

If I've been going nonstop and can feel myself losing focus, I'll step away for a few minutes and do something fun like play with the Cutesie Crew. Then I can come back to work feeling refreshed instead of trying to force my brain to keep going.

  • Be Kind To Yourself:

    Be Kind To Yourself:

If I get distracted or lose focus, I try not to beat myself up about it. That only makes everything feel harder. Sometimes my brain just needs a minute to reset, and that's okay.
